How should Christians view genetic testing when Down's Syndrome is suspected?
Genetic screenings must not become a pretext for murder. Every child, including those with Down's Syndrome are created by God and inherently deserve protection. Testing may inform care, but it must never guide toward abortion. Christians should reject selective killing, offer robust support to families, and celebrate the dignity of every child.
Additionally, Christians should reject legislation that protects children with Down's Syndrome, but still sanction the killing of children for another reasons. Abortion must be completely abolished; partial measures are a stench to God's holy nostrils and counterproductive to the end goal of total abolition.
