How can churches support women with high-risk pregnancies?

Question #20

The church should bear burdens practically (Galatians 6:2): meals, transport, childcare, housing, medical costs. By pairing families with deacons for ongoing care, churches provide a place where mothers and fathers can feel safe.

Pray, visit, and encourage husbands to lead. Partner with ethical physicians who refuse abortion as an option. God is trustworthy and should be relied upon to help people in any and every medical situation.

Remind mothers of God’s nearness (Isaiah 41:10) and the church’s commitment to stand with them.
