Should civil magistrates prosecute abortion pill distribution?

Yes. Magistrates must punish those who shed innocent blood and those who aid it (Proverbs 24:11-12; Romans 13:4). Abortion pills are instruments of murder. Just laws must ban their distribution, intercept trafficking, and apply equal protection to every preborn neighbor. Drugs with no purpose but child-murder and sorcery should be illegal. Drugs with other uses, but are also used for abortions, need to be carefullly considered like we would guns or other weapons.

It's the person who kills her child who is the problem, not the tool used. So we must remember that as we consider making tools/drugs illegal.
