What does justice require for abortionists who repent?

God’s justice requires truthful reckoning: those who shed innocent blood are liable to punishment (Genesis 9:6; Romans 13:4). If an abortionist repents, the church extends gospel forgiveness and discipleship, yet civil authorities must still do their duty.
